VIEW CLASS SCHEDULE

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come as you are! No specific experience is required, as our workouts can be done at any level. Go at your own pace, and listen to your body.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class so we can show you around and answer any questions. Please let the instructor know of past injuries or anything else that might be important to know ahead of your class.

WHAT TO BRING

Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Also, bring a water bottle as you will likely break a serious sweat with us! We will provide mats, weights, and other props, along with fresh gym towels.
