MORGAN COLEMAN
Hey there! I’m Morgan Coleman - I’m a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, women’s nutrition coach, and founder of Ready Set Sweat Fitness and The Clubhouse.
I curate workouts for busy women and moms ready to tone their bodies, build back their strength, and find their confidence. I am not just a trainer, but also a mother of 3 girls and a wife to my hubby Kevin. The many balls I keep in the air on a daily basis has taught me how to be a focused leader, a resource for support, and an eternal cheerleader for my clients and friends.
When you workout with me, you will not only become stronger all over, but you will also create a stronger relationship with yourself. You and I were meant to do hard things, and I am excited to help you take your fitness and your health to the next level!
GRIER H.
Grier has been practicing yoga since she was 25 years old. For 10 years she was the co-owner of LoYa Yoga in Summit, NJ. Since then, she founded GROW (Grier & Rita on Wellness), which brings women down to Costa Rica every year for a Yoga and wellness retreat.
SAMANTHA M.
Samantha has been teaching movement for over 10 years. She began her teaching career in NYC teaching at YogaVida, the Prenatal Yoga Center, Yoga for Bad People & The Class. She now resides in Summit with her husband and young children. She loves to weave together strength, cardio and yoga to create a full body, heart pumping workout that pushes you physically, but also grounds you mentally.
JESSICA S.
Jessica began practicing yoga in 2008 and received her 200 RYT in 2018 from Yoga Spark in Tribeca, NYC. She has since taught power yoga at numerous boutique yoga studios and gyms in NYC, NJ and Boston metro-west area.
In 2023, Jessica received her 50 hour Yoga Fusion certification from Powerflow Yoga.
As a former marathon runner and all round lover of movement + sport, Jessica understands the desire to “get a good sweat” but also prioritizes time for much needed stretching and recovery.
In Jessica’s classes, you can expect to work hard and be inspired to challenge yourself physically, pushing beyond mental limitations. You will leave her classes feeling capable, calm and accomplished.
BRIANA R.
JBriana is a 15-year strong Group Fitness Instructor, with experience across Les Mills, Flywheel and Cyclebar, spanning a number of fitness modalities including cycling, barbell weight training, kickboxing, and resistance band training. She is currently obtaining her AFAA certification in Group Fitness. Briana resides in Madison with her husband and 2 kids, but travels frequently to Long Island and Puerto Rico with her family! Outside of her family, Group Fitness has always been and still is her greatest passion which she endeavors to share with every participant that comes into her class!
STACEY R.
Stacey has been involved in athletics and coaching for the past 15 years. It started in college where she played division 1 basketball at Oregon State University. After her playing career was over she jumped right into coaching. She has coached basketball at the high school and college levels, and has enjoyed taking her knowledge of fitness and motivation to the clubhouse studio. Her classes consist of different weight training and cardio moves that will leave your mind and body feeling strong and empowered.
She currently lives in Chatham with her husband and two young children.
LAUREN H.
Lauren is a NASM-certified personal trainer, marathoner, and former competitive gymnast with a background in corporate leadership as a former Spotify executive. Based in Short Hills with her husband, two kids, and their puppy, she brings a dynamic approach to fitness, combining discipline and creativity to help clients of all levels achieve their personal best. Come to her class if you want a challenging workout set to great fun music.
MICHELLE H.
Michelle has been working with athletes since she ended her collegiate athletic career eight years ago. She continues to coach high school sports, practice yoga, and train here at The Club. Michelle resides in West Orange with her fiancé and handsome black lab. Working with strong, kick-ass women is her passion and she is ready to get to work whenever you are!
CALLI-ANN L.
Calli-Ann has been active in the fitness community since she was only 14 years old. Her fitness journey includes: teaching at Equinox, Soulcycle, and currently coaching at [Solidcore]. She believes in diversity within the training atmosphere as an instructor. Calli has her BFA in Dance Theatre and when she isn't working out you can catch her on stage. “Work to fail; that is how you will succeed”.
