STUDIO SCHEDULE
What you can expect from our classes:
Strength:
BURN 35/45 - Low impact, interval based strength, balance and flexibility workouts. Focus on larger muscle groups and more traditional strength moves like squats, lunges, and planks. - (35/45 min)
HOT BURN 35/45 - Same as BURN, but in a heated studio (heated up to 90 degrees) - (35/45 min)
HIIT BURN 35/45 - interval based strength + cardio full body workouts -(35/45 min)
Pilates Fusion:
PILATES FUSION 45 - Low impact, high reps with light weights - a full body burn working small muscles (45 min)
HOT PILATES FUSION 45 - Same workout as Pilates Fusion, but in a heated studio (heated up to 90 degrees).
