Yoga / Flow:

Yoga Flow 25 - stretch, flow, and flex in this mindful movement class (25m)

Strength + Cardio Flow 45 - where yoga meets cardio meets bodyweight strength, all to the beat of the music (45m)

Pilates:

Pilates 30 - mat pilates workout with a focus on deep core, legs and arms

Fusion:

Fusion 45 - high reps with light weights makes this class a full body burn! (45m)

Fusion 35 - high reps with light weights makes this class a full body burn! (35m)
